No More Cow Bell

I mentioned before that Bob and I went to get some milk at the Dairy Farmer. He lives right next door. The milk we get is fresh from the cow and full of fat. It is great!.... although some of me is slightly freaked out that it isn't pasteurized.....
Anyway, along with the smell that comes when the wind is just right, there is also the noise. Occasionally there are moos.... but mostly there are the bells. All the cows where bells. The bigger the bell the better the milk producer. You can see the a bell in the cow photo. These bells are ringing like constant wind chimes. Morning, noon, and night. It is mostly pleasant, you hear it all around the country side, but in the morning or while trying to sleep you wish they would just stop moving for a while.
We are all packed and getting ready to head home (where there are no cow bells). We had an awesome trip and hope to make it back again. Jennie and David were great fun and also good support for travel information.
