Sore Digits

The work during my sentence here at the plant has been enlightening. Doing the same processes each day isn't as bad as I had expected. The process that people work on changes every couple hours. So the days haven't been long. It is all the work with my fingers and the standing on my feet every day that makes was the surprise. I have done so much with my hands and have muscels I didn't even know I had be sore. They still are sore... My feet are sore.... I can't wait until I have the opportunity to sit down.

Tomorrow will be my last full day. I have similar feelings from Japan. I didn't really want to come here. Everything here is similar but different. I can't understand what people are saying (i usually here "dang doh, dang doh, dang doh". But sumilarly i have travel the area and found it to be beautiful, the people are all extremely nice, and I will miss them when I leave.

The plant here is amazing compared to those in D-town. The place is clean, people work on schedule and do whatever they can to get production completed (not waiting until the person whose job discription's allow the work) and they all enjoy having the job. Everyone feels good about having their job, they work overtime to finish the work with no problem and they are willing to make extra efforts to better the whole company. There are somethings that I not ideal just like any place of work... but compared to other plants this place is great.

Today after work I went to the movies by myself... I have never do it before but I know others who had. It was different not to be able to discuss the movie afterwords but it wasn't so bad I wouldn't do it again. I beat sitting in my hotel room.

Tomorrow is all about packing and finishing up my report of my experience. I am ready to go back home!
