Busy Day

Today we had our supplier visit in Hanno Japan.
The day started well.
I had a breakfast coupon and this restaurant had a breakfast buffet.
The wasn't much for American style breakfast, but I had a big plate of fruit and some corn flakes.

We took at taxi to the supplier and there got into a car and drove about 30 mins.
In japan it takes forever to go down the street.
I could not live here, because the traffic is so horrible.
Actually, it makes me want to study traffic patterns so I can be the savior of this country.
The has to be a way to improve it!

Anyway, we went to 2 plants before returning to the original location.
We then went toured this place for 2.5 hours.
I am toured out! Especially because everything was in Japanese... some hap-hazard translations but mostly Japanese.
It is a lot of work trying to find some understanding....
We eventually finished and jumped the express train home.
We again had to take 3 trains.
The express train helped shorted the trip from Hanno to some other city.... It was Ikubukra or something. There we got tickets to Tokyo and the Shinkansen. We had about 8 mins in Tokyo to get off the train and then go to the Shinkansen.... we got to the train with about 2 mins to spare.
We then arrive to Nagoya, walked the 6 blocks to the rental place... and as a reward for returning we went to Mos Burger again. This time I had a spicy burger... it had halapeno slices.

I am back in my orignal hotel room, last night a smoker stayed here... i can smell it.
Anyway.... 3 more nights and then I get to go back home!

Tomorrow is a big day at work. I have a mini design review, until about 8pm!

Maybe your second career will be as a civil engineer/urban planner. I don't know what civil engineers do (design bridges?) but it seems like traffic *might* fall under them.

I hate that stale cigarette stink. I think there are three kinds of cigarette smell: (1) fresh cigarette smoke, like when people are smoking around you, (2) the kind of smell you're experiencing, where someone smoked there before and the smell is leftover, and (3) that ground-in smell from houses where people have smoked a lot for years and the smell gets into every surface of the house. Ew.
